How fast will I hear back?
We respond to commercial inquiries quickly — typically within hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm). If you submit a form on a weekend or evening, you’ll usually hear from us the next business morning. Urgent situations get prioritized.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. We don’t have a sales team. The person who reaches out to you is from our Olathe office — they answer your questions, schedule your site walk, and quote your program. The same office handles your account going forward, so there’s no handoff from sales to service.
Will the site walk cost anything?
No. Site walks are always free, with no obligation. We walk your facility, identify pest pressure, and quote you a program. If you decide not to move forward, no problem and no follow-up sales pressure.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. Your information stays with our Olathe office and is used only to respond to your inquiry and manage your account if you become a customer. We don’t sell information to third parties, don’t add commercial inquiries to marketing email lists, and don’t share data with affiliated companies.
How quickly can you start service after we agree?
Typically within days of finalizing your service agreement. For urgent situations, we can often schedule the initial visit faster. The site walk is usually scheduled within a week of your inquiry, and service begins shortly after you accept the quote.
Can I request a Certificate of Insurance before signing?
Yes. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance during the quote stage for procurement review. Just let us know in your initial inquiry that you need a COI sample, and we’ll include it with your quote. Once you’re a customer, COI requests are turned around within one business day.
What if I’m not sure exactly what service we need?
That’s exactly what the free site walk is for. You don’t need to know what service you need before you contact us — describe what you’re dealing with (current pest issues, switching providers, new building, etc.) and we’ll figure out the right program during the walk.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Most of our commercial customers run on an open-ended service agreement — straightforward terms, no long-term lock-in. We’ll discuss the right structure for your facility during your site walk. For multi-property portfolios, we also offer master agreements covering your full book under unified terms.
Will you contact me about anything other than my inquiry?
No. We don’t run drip campaigns, automated email sequences, or follow-up phone trees. After we respond to your initial inquiry, if you don’t move forward, we don’t keep contacting you. If you ever want to revisit, just reach back out — we’ll pick up where we left off.
What if my facility is across the state line in Missouri?
Not a problem. We’re licensed and insured in both Kansas and Missouri. Many of our commercial customers have properties on both sides of the state line, and we service them all under one agreement with one consistent standard.
