Basic: Protection from common occasional invaders such as ants, spiders, and occasional indoor pests.
Plus: Includes everything in Basic, plus mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks serviced during the three warmer quarters of the year.
Premium: Full protection including rodents (exterior bait stations only), plus mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks serviced during the three warmer quarters of the year, along with all common household pests.
Will I know in advance when you are coming?
Absolutely. We always notify customers by email and text message before each service so you know exactly when to expect us.
Do your technicians clean up and respect my property?
Yes. Our technicians are always clean, professional, and respectful of your home or business. We ensure everything is left in excellent condition after each visit.
Do you remove spider webs and wasp nests during service?
Yes. Each service includes de-webbing and removal of paper wasp nests and mud dauber nests to help keep your property safe and pest-free.
What happens if I have a heavier infestation of mosquitoes, fleas, or ticks?
For more severe mosquito, flea, or tick problems, we offer aggressive subscription options with monthly visits outside of the Plus and Premium plans to tackle heavier infestations.
How are rodents handled under the Premium subscription?
Premium subscription provides a protective exterior approach to prevent interior infestations. It covers maintenance of exterior rodent bait stations only. Interior trapping or seal-up services are available separately if a heavier infestation is present.
Will rodents be included in all subscription tiers?
No. Rodents are included only with the Premium subscription (exterior only). Basic and Plus focus on other common household pests, while Plus adds mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks.
How often will service be performed?
